ABOUT HOSPITALITY AND ROOM PLACEMENTS
- Place host and hostesses at the venue and brief them about their areas of operation such as welcoming, guest check-ins, escorting/hospitality services, venue layout, emergency requirements.
- Keep a check on the control room which is manned 24 hours.
- Ensure the hospitality team is well groomed, soft spoken with clean thematic uniforms, guaranteeing warmth in guest services
- Surprise guests with gift hampers, place program cards and create interesting mix at the mini bar for guest delight
